Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and scanning.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator License (CPC).
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable warehouse experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
