Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely and accurate manner to meet shipping deadlines.
- Organize inventory on shelves and in the warehouse to maintain optimal flow and accessibility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to coordinate operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification training (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
