Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure proper functionality.
- Inventory management, including scanning, stocking, and verifying stock levels.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline distribution processes and meet daily targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding hazardous materials and heavy machinery.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for inventory logging.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience with Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, or Clamp Trucks is a plus.
