Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move palletized goods.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A or B Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for inventory logging.
