Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move materials efficiently and safely.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load Management: Load and unload trailers in a timely manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator license (Counterbalance or Reach Truck) required; on-the-job training available for certified candidates.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Availability: Must be available for Immediate Start and flexible shifts.
