Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load and unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting accuracy.
- Follow all company protocols regarding material handling and order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Forklift Operator License (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (preferred).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures.
