Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Manage inventory by scanning tags and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
