Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety standards.
- Perform regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock placement within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for safety hazards and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of orders for distribution.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift License (CLP) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift operation experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
