Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (RF Scanners, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening of cargo.
- Perform daily inventory counts, stock inspections, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as business demands.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
