Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently.
- Perform routine safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment before and during shifts.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas to maintain inventory organization.
- Verify and count stock items to ensure accuracy against shipping manifests.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline daily warehouse operations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work various shifts, including overtime, as required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock verification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our training program (No experience required).
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
