Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with warehouse organization, including labeling and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and shipment status.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes or using warehouse management systems.
