Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of previous forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
