Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely, adhering to shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
