Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
