Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and shipment preparation.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines regarding hazardous materials and heavy lifting procedures.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (Class D) is a plus.
