Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Manage inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation of stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently and reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
