Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Keep warehouse aisles organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist in inventory control by verifying stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we will train you!
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator license.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory scanning.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (not required for the role, but preferred).
