Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated racking and shelving units to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on all machinery.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counting and stock verification.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and handling procedures to prevent damage to goods and injury to self.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Train: No previous forklift experience is required; candidates must be eager to learn and obtain certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading tickets, labels, and safety signage.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to company procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
