Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the facility.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse workspace.
- Accurately process orders, verify inventory counts, and update stock records using RF scanners.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – We provide paid training and certification for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
