Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines and targets.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and order picking accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL not required).
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
