Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to move, stack, unstack, and position products in the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trailers, trucks, and shipping containers efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before and after each shift.
- Verify inventory counts against digital logs and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory needs and shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
