Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse stock efficiently.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Clean and organize work areas to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
