Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move, load, and unload goods.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before use to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is organized and secure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members during shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided if needed).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for long periods.
- Attention to detail and focus on safety.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
