What You Will Do:
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to our clients.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of the forklift to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counting procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including pallet building and debris removal.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for some driving duties).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
