Job Summary
The Picker Packer is responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from the warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or pick-to-light systems.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sorting and staging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Perform quality checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk on warehouse floors.
- Eligible to work in the United States (Green Card, Visa, or Citizenship).
