Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to/from the dock area using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Package and label items securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
