Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
