Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to management immediately.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and orderly to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must meet basic eligibility criteria for the no-background-check hiring policy.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a history of consistent work attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions, both written and verbal.
