Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and ensuring proper organization of stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate power jacks, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required to facilitate workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets shipping standards to minimize returns.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations and peak performance targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and maneuver in narrow aisles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in order picking and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as business demands.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
