Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce costs
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with transportation and procurement departments
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanning
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage and improving throughput
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
