Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 warehouse associates with performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management using WMS software to reduce errors
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
