Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain incident-free operations
- Train and manage team of 10+ warehouse associates for peak performance
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and safety audits
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
