Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse staff through daily operations, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and quality control
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols, including forklift safety and hazardous material handling
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy in receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and mentorship sessions for warehouse personnel
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS, RF scanners, and automated sorting systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Expertise in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, or similar) and RF technology
- Proven ability to lead teams through peak seasonal demand periods
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (BS preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory reporting tools
