Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners to manage inventory flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
