Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders using scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order accuracy by checking quantity, description, and serial numbers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn barcode scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
