Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label, scan, and stage orders for shipping with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a consistent work history.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
