Responsibilities
- Conduct Regular Counts: Perform cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Update Records: Maintain and update inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and spreadsheets.
- Shipment Management: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, and proper labeling.
- Stock Organization: Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure optimal flow and safety.
- Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders when necessary to prevent stockouts.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and experience with WMS software.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
