Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials, finished goods, and supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, and proper labeling; report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas by adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with proper certification
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment
- Complete all required documentation, including shipping manifests, inventory logs, and equipment inspection reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or material handling experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
