Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and accurately according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or defects immediately.
- Label packages correctly and ensure all shipping paperwork is accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist with inventory control and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and price checking.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
