Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trailers or trucks as required during shift changes.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly through the warehouse.
