Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Operate RF scanners and handheld devices to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Prepare products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and sorting as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
