Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and conveyor belts.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and Amazon operational standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to work in various temperatures, including cooler and freezer environments.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
