Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person team in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching and skill-building
- Generate operational reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
