Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and data entry systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment to customers.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to maintain optimal workflow efficiency.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred but willing to train).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
