Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements for operational efficiency
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
