Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, and accuracy.
- Organize stockrooms and storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
