Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the facility safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Package and label products for distribution to customers or internal departments.
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize storage areas to optimize workflow and space utilization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts (Forklift certification is a plus but not required).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
