Your Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations. Your duties will include:

- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Verify and check incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class 1 or Class 3) is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for operating warehouse management systems.
