Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks) to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Accurately scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with the night crew to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Document any damage to goods or equipment and report incidents to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- No prior forklift experience is required; we are looking for hard-working individuals ready to learn.
