Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Execute daily picking and packing tasks with high accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards and company protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and labeling to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and prepare shipments for dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Schedule: Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners and WMS software.
- Physical Requirements: Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
